Problem with size and stitching

The fabric quality is good but poor stitching and the fabric tore from different places after being washed once and worn twice. Also the sizing is not right. I ordered and 9-12 month size for my 7 month old son but still the buttons are tight. He is not chubby but still it was tight fitted.
