I didn't get my parcel

after very long awaited I received my order but it was incomplete I ordered 8 items but have received only 6, extremely pathetic customer service I am not going to order again from the nest , and will share same feedback with all.

First of all the order was way too late i had to message 3-4 times to inquire about my order but got zero response second it was incomplete 2 of the items were missing which is very inappropriate because I waited too long thirdly my final order was above 3000 which means free delivery but i was charged 200 extra because the order was of 2000 which is not my mistake you guys sent an incomplete and i had to pay extra
