I ordered a 12 to 18 months dress, the one sent to me has 12 to 18 months written but it does not even fit a 5 month old, it is sooo small , I contacted your customer service they told me to send it back. Thus dress costed like 600 Rs and delivering it back and then you reviewing it will alone cost me the same amount in delivery charges (minimum Rs 350)and going to the courier to just get it delivered(atleast 250 for the nearest courier). So it just kind of became a waste for me. Infact another shirt from the 24 items i ordered, my babys head could nit pass through it (6 to 9 months) and my baby has a very average sized head, not big at all, yet again that article too is a waste. I have started to doubt these were probably factory rejects or minor fault articles that were put on sale , and we probably laid too much trust in the website inspite of many reviews against your brand. Customer service has been pretty much toowoomba slow to even send replies.

I did my newborn shopping from this website 5 months back and it left me much satisfied alhamdulilaah this time I avail their sale and I ordered sleeping suit and rompers ...they are first class mashallaah..thankyou for maintaining the good quality and economical budget friendly products.
