I have earlier order multiple things from the nest and the quality was good. This was my second order and one of the piece came defected a bit or the upper side of the dungree/romper was torn from one of thebuttons side. Please try to improveypur quality and check the product before dispatching it
Sent me wrong size and not entertaining my request for exchange. Secondly most of the articles are designed with fabric paints,and bcoz that clothes are stiff and are not in good quality
I order 3 items from their store and 1 had a hole at the front, so I asked them to exchange the item, first they were reluctant to do so and responded very late, and then even though they were at fault for sending a faulty item, they asked me to cover the delivery charges and were not cooperative at all. It really showed how much they value customer satisfaction and what sort of moral values this brand and people running it really hold. I will never be buying from them or recommending them to anyone.
