Claim about rompers

I ordered two rompers in 0-3 sizes Both rompers are good in quality but i got wrong size of one romper which is 3-6 and the other one doesn’t look like 0-3 size its like NB size that’s why I requested to change the size but got no response except one recording on watsapp that it’s possible to change the size . Im waiting for further procedure but not getting any reply from your side.
